So what changed?

Until recently, oral supplementation was the only way to try to get carnosine into the body. The problem? The digestive system breaks it down, reducing how much reaches the muscles, brain and tissues where it is needed most.Enter the world's first patented transdermal carnosine gel. Fifteen years in the making. Protected by over 50 patents worldwide. Applied directly to the skin, it bypasses the digestive system entirely, delivering a higher does of carnosine right to where it matters. The science was always there. Now, for the first time, so is the delivery.

Here is what your new best friend can do for you...

Powerful Antioxidant Protection

Carnosine helps neutralise free radicals and protect cells from oxidative stress, one of the key drivers of aging and fatigue.

Anti-Inflammatory Support

Carnosine's anti-inflammatory properties can help soothe joints, support recovery and reduce the physical burden of daily stress on the body.

Recovery and Performance

By supporting the body's response to lactic acid buildup during exertion, carnosine can help reduce post-exercise soreness and support faster recovery.

Brain Health and Neuroprotection

Carnosine may support cognitive function, mental clarity and healthy brain aging, with promising findings around inflammation and neurodegeneration.

Healthy Aging and Longevity

Known as the longevity molecule, carnosine can help combat glycation and oxidative damage at the cellular level, two of the primary drivers of how we age from the inside out.

Skin, Heart and Metabolic Support

From supporting skin elasticity and cardiovascular circulation to healthy blood sugar regulation, carnosine's reach across the body's vital systems is what makes it truly remarkable.

Hi, I'm Kels — a coach dedicated to emotional fitness, nervous system regulation, and supporting people show up in a way they are proud of.

For decades, I carried chronic tension in my jaw, neck, and shoulders. The kind of low-level pain that becomes so familiar you stop registering it as pain — it just becomes the background hum of your life, quietly draining your energy, narrowing your capacity to be present, to create, to lead.I had no idea how much of myself I was losing to it until it started to lift.Carnosine became part of my daily practice — applied consistently, to the areas that had held so much. What I noticed wasn't dramatic or overnight. It was quiet and cumulative. The jaw unclenching. The neck releasing. A state of ease returning that I hadn't felt in years. And with that physical release came something I hadn't fully anticipated — a reclaiming of capacity. When your nervous system isn't burning energy managing chronic tension, that energy goes somewhere. For me, it went into my focus, my presence, my ability to show up in ways I'm proud of.I was introduced to this by a friend who cared enough to share it. It has since found its way to my family, to my community, to the people I coach. Watching my aging parents experience the relief it offers has been one of the greatest joys. That's why I invite you to be a part of The Carnosine Collective. A community of people who have felt the powerful benefits for themselves, and who are sharing it with the people they love and lead.

Product Claims and Language

Understanding what you can say, and why it matters

Before anything else, know which product you are talking about. The gel comes in two formulations and the rules are genuinely different for each. This is the single most important compliance distinction in our world.

With Menthol

OTC Topical Analgesic

Contains menthol as an active ingredient. Classified as an over-the-counter drug. May be used to describe temporary relief of minor muscle aches. Use "relief" language carefully and only within the OTC analgesic scope.

Without Menthol

Cosmetic Product

No FDA-recognized active ingredient. Classified strictly as a cosmetic. Focus only on sensory and self-care benefits. Think: how it feels, how it fits into a daily routine. No pain, relief, or physiological claims.

The Rule to Remember

Menthol is for relief. Non-menthol is for self-care. Never attribute pain or relief language to the non-menthol product. When in doubt, leave the claim out.

Words to avoid entirely

These terms will misbrand the product as a drug in the eyes of regulators and must not appear in any content.

Coral = banned entirely Gold = restricted to menthol product only

Income and Lifestyle Claims

How to talk about the business opportunity honestly and compliantly

The FTC, DSA, and DSSRC monitor direct-selling content closely. Exaggerated income claims are the single most common reason affiliates get flagged. The good news: honest, grounded language is not only safer, it is more effective. People trust it more.

The Core Principle

Emphasise opportunity, not guarantee. Talk about your own experience with honesty. Acknowledge the work required. Add a disclaimer whenever income or lifestyle is referenced. Keep it real, and you protect yourself and everyone in the Collective.

Phrase swaps that keep you safe

You will make money with this
>>
This is a real opportunity to earn supplemental income with consistent effort
Financial freedom
>>
A flexible way to build something on your own terms
Quit your job
>>
Many partners start part-time and grow from there
This is passive income
>>
The structure rewards consistency: the more you build, the more it compounds
This changed my life financially
>>
This has been a meaningful addition to my income and helped me with [specific goal]
I made $X in my first month
>>
My first month was a learning curve. I focused on building real connections and the income followed over time.

Required disclosures

Whenever you mention income, even indirectly (a trip you took, a bill you paid), a disclosure is not optional. It must be visible, in normal-sized text, and near the claim.

Disclosure phrases that work

  • This is my personal experience. Results will vary.
  • Average earnings vary. There are no guarantees in this business.
  • Like any business, success takes real work and consistency.
  • I'm proud of my progress. It took months of consistent effort.
  • This isn't typical, but it's what's possible with dedication.

What regulators look for

  • Dollar amounts with no disclaimer
  • Luxury lifestyle images implying income
  • Hype words: unlimited, explosive, rich
  • Before/after comparisons implying income growth
  • Promises buried in hashtags or tiny text

Ground floor is a fact, not a pitch

We are in pre-launch. That is real, documented, and objectively significant. You do not need to exaggerate it. Saying "this brand is only now opening to a broader community, and I joined early" is honest, compelling, and completely safe to say. The opportunity sells itself when you tell the truth about it.

Before you post about the business opportunity

  • Did I mention specific dollar amounts? If yes, is there a clear disclaimer alongside it?
  • Could someone read this and believe they are guaranteed a certain lifestyle?
  • Am I using hype words like unlimited, rich, or freedom as a promise?
  • Did I acknowledge the work and time required?
  • Could an FTC agent read this and find it fair and truthful?
  • Am I talking about my own experience rather than making universal promises?

Testimonials and Endorsements

Sharing real stories the right way

Personal stories are the lifeblood of this model. Someone sharing genuine experience is more powerful than any advertisement. But the FTC is clear: testimonials are held to the same standard as any other marketing claim. What is said in a testimonial, you are responsible for.

What a compliant testimonial looks like

Do this

"I've been using this gel consistently for six weeks and what I've noticed most is that I feel like I'm recovering faster between sessions. I'm sleeping better too; whether that's connected I honestly don't know, but I'm not stopping. I'm an affiliate for The Carnosine Collective, sharing this because I genuinely felt the difference."

Personal, specific, honest about uncertainty, affiliate relationship disclosed.
Not this

"This gel completely cured my knee pain. I haven't needed my physio in two months. My doctor couldn't believe it

Digital Hygiene

Social media best practices that protect your business

Everything you post, share, like, or comment on creates an impression of who you are and what you stand for. Your personal brand is your most valuable long-term asset. Protect it with every post.

Best practices

  • Make clear in your bio that you are a brand affiliate
  • Quality over quantity: fewer strong posts beats a stream of risky ones
  • Respond to skepticism calmly with facts, not defensiveness
  • Balance product content with personal content. Be a person, not an ad
  • Correct problematic comments publicly and kindly, then move on
  • Verify all content before sharing. You own what you amplify
  • Same rules apply in DMs as in public posts
  • If unsure, wait and ask your upline before posting

Red flags to avoid

  • Sharing non-compliant content from others
  • Liking posts that contain disease or guarantee claims
  • Letting false or exaggerated claims stand in your comments
  • Posting about income without disclosures
  • Using excessive money emojis or luxury imagery
  • Deleting disclosures to make a caption shorter
  • Claiming "pyramid scheme" accusations are false without factual response
  • Making promises in private messages you would not make publicly

On being challenged publicly

"Isn't this a pyramid scheme?" You will hear it. Respond calmly and factually: "We are a direct-selling company with a patented, independently certified product and a transparent compensation structure. I'm happy to walk you through how it works." Then offer a conversation. Confidence without defensiveness is the most persuasive thing you can do.

Your downline is your responsibility

When someone joins through you, their content reflects on you. Make this guide part of how you onboard them. Set the standard early. It is far easier to prevent a compliance problem than to clean one up after the fact.

Quick Reference

Pin this. Screenshot it. Come back to it every time you write a post.

Disclosure to always have ready

"This is my personal experience. Results vary. This is not a treatment for any medical condition." Add to every product or income claim.

When in doubt, reach out.

No post is worth a compliance risk. If you are unsure whether something is okay, wait and ask before publishing. That is not weakness, it is wisdom. The affiliates who build lasting businesses in this space are the ones who get this right from the start.

You are part of a community that cares about doing this well. That is why you are here.
